The documentary film is an intimate portrait of Frane Radak, the oldest living Croatian painter, filmed in an olive grove on the island of Brač. The documentary film explores the rich history of Mount Klek, the birthplace of the Croatian Mountaineering Association. Through personal stories and experiences of the members of HPD Klek, the film provides insight into their activities and deep connection to the mountain, which has shaped not only the local community but also the history of Croatian mountaineering.

Matko, a 72-year-old beekeeper, struggles to protect bees and nature against a pragmatic official. Their conflict reflects the clash between ideals and survival. Matko’s faith in renewal contrasts with the official’s focus on humanity’s cost. A tragic confrontation ensues, symbolizing loss and hope, while a subtle moment hints at nature’s resilience and the possibility of new beginnings in a world shaped by modern challenges.
